This year for my birthday, we headed north to Pismo Beach. If you’ve never been to Pismo Beach, it’s a super cute beach town about three hours north of Los Angeles.
We stayed at my favorite hotel, on the boardwalk, the Vespera Resort. The Vespera Resort is located within walking distance to most of the restaurants, the wine tasting rooms and so much more in Pismo Beach. I love the stunning grounds complete with a pool, hot tub, fire pits, restaurant, pool bar and lawn-side games to use throughout your stay.
Vespera is true oceanside resort, located directly off the boardwalk and steps to the beach. Every morning, the Vespera Resort, has complimentary beach yoga which is so peaceful and relaxing. They also have the best coffee & breakfast cart, with treats available to purchase after your morning workout.
Some of my favorite things to do around Pismo include taking ATVs or a Dune Buggy out on the sand dunes in Oceano, exploring the wine tasting rooms, taking a stroll on the boardwalk, exploring the dinosaur caves and trying out the local restaurants in the area. My favorite wine tasting rooms are Sans Liege and Tastes of the Valley. I also recommend Hoagies and Papi’s Grill for some local tastes of Pismo Beach.
